Before you grab that canola oil for your morning eggs, double check this handy chart for some healthier alternatives. This illustrated infographic, created for a client in the kitchen industry, has become one of my favorite pieces. It’s a great example of how I took one of my favorite styles (monoline design) and adapted a new twist with the raw, yellow brush strokes.

One challenge with a project like this is that when you minimize your color palette, you really have to make each stroked line count. Every detail is calculated and reduced down to the bare minimum required to sell the illustration.
