Economic Empowerment Infographic

This illustrated infographic was created as a guide to help women take control of their finances through leveraging company benefits. I used Adobe Illustrator to create each character and element, mainly with my secret digital weapon, the pencil tool.

As an enthusiast for color palettes, one of my biggest obstacles for this project was not so much the illustration aspect, but rather the color scheme my client had adopted into their brand. The two primary colors (teal and orange) often have tonal clash when placed next to each other. By introducing two shades of yellow, however, I was able to provide the appropriate amount of contrast for text and background elements, allowing each primary color a chance in the spotlight.
